Clicks Doesn't Click
I have to wonder how a website like that of a large chain like Clicks is allowed to offer a user experience so bad I cannot believe it wasn't developed by high school history students. It surely could not have been developed by competent software engineers, and I can't imagine how the culprits got it past any kind of QA at all. I have just tried to reset my password to use the one generated by my password manager. I was asked for email address, ID Number, or Club Card number. I entered my email address, and was asked for an OTP delivered by SMS, which scores the one point that hauls the score of whole experience out of negative numbers, but doesn't raise it above zero. Then I was asked for my new password, in the usual two inputs for confirmation. I called up my Clicks password from my password manager, clicked Submit, and got an error message saying there was a problem, please try again. This one I can understand but not forgive.
